11/1/41008911050" >結束中國賽，勇士終於可以在家練球了。 擷圖自勇士隊官方推特 剛結束為期一周的大陸海外熱身賽之旅，勇士' '96460勇士隊今天進行回國後的第一次訓練，但泰半球員仍處在時差中，連教練團都有相同問題，總教練柯爾' '90312柯爾（Steve Kerr）從善如流，接受助理教練意見，提前結束今天的練習。
柯爾表示，原本的計畫是按照原本課表操練，但助理教練亞當斯（Ron Adams）有不同建議，「亞當斯到我的辦公室說，我們不該按表操課，因為大夥兒走起路來就像僵屍一樣，我回『這或許是好想法』。」
勇士只進行約半小時的無碰撞訓練，球員也有小跑一下、投投籃，柯爾認為訓練後的恢復比訓練本身更重要，「我告訴他們到戶外走走，呼吸些新鮮空氣、曬曬太陽，多喝點水，晚上好好睡一覺，然後我們明天能有更好的一天來訓練。」
衛冕軍於8日晚上才和灰狼隊在上海結束第2場海外熱身賽，美國時間周日晚上9點半左右才回到灣區，隔天休兵一天，今天就重啟操練，柯爾認為回到球場對球員十分重要，就算訓練內容只是很基本的一些動作，也比躺在床上、動也不動要好。
上季摘下總冠軍戰MVP的杜蘭特（Kevin Durant' '96229Kevin Durant）也提到，勇士是一支成熟的隊伍，不會因為一次訓練影響整合，大家都知道自己該如何跑位，現在該做的就是讓身體盡快恢復正常。
儘管遇到時差問題，柯爾仍認為海外熱身賽是段不錯的經驗，球隊的比賽節奏沒問題，從中也能找到攻守兩端還要修正的地方，「總歸來說，我認為這對我們是趟很好的旅程，這不是為開幕戰備戰的理想方式，但當你已經打了9個月的賽季，你也不用在訓練營就殺死大家。」
